What happens after I fill out the free intake form?
We’ll review your information, reach out for an eligibility consultation in 3-5 business days, and help you choose the right package for your needs.
Please note the $75 eligibility consultation fee should you choose to proceed with our services.
Is there a separate application fee from the NYPD in addition to the service fee?
Yes.
As of 2025, the NYPD charges a non-refundable application fee of $340 for handguns and $140 for long guns, as well as a fingerprinting fee of $88.25.
These fees are paid directly to the NYPD and are non-refundable. They are separate from our service fees.
How long does it take my application to get approved?
The timeline varies per individual, but most applications take several months due to NYPD processing times.
Generally, it can take 6 months from application to fingerprinting and licensing interview, and another 6 months for investigation prior to approval.
We help you avoid delays by ensuring everything is done right from the start. We also offer expedition through our Priority Turnaround service.
If I've already started my application, can you still help?
Absolutely.
Whether you're just getting started or already mid-process, we can step in, review your application, and guide you through the next steps to make sure everything stays on track.
Can you help with appeals if I’ve already been denied?
Yes.
We assist with both initial applications and post-denial appeals, depending on the circumstances of your case.
What languages do you offer for your translation services?
